# How do I add a users custom profile fields to my invoices and receipts in Thinkific?

1. Log into our account at https://invoices.wooninja.io and click **Settings** from the main menu

2. Scroll to the **Custom Profile Fields** section. This section will only appear if you have custom fields enabled in your account. If you have recently added or changed your fields, click **Refresh Fields**

For each custom field in Thinkific (Right hand column) you can map it to the field on the invoice (Left hand column). If you wish for a field to be ignored or not included, select **None**. A field will only appear on the invoice if it has a value i.e. Empty fields will not appear on the invoice.

In this example, the Thinkific custom field called 'Billing Address' will be formatted to the customers full address on the invoice. Likewise, the Thinkific custom field for 'Phone' will be inserted for the customers telephone number.

3. When you are finished, scroll to the end of the page and click **Save**
