# How do I limit the number of locations a user can access my course from?

1. Log into your account and click **Settings**
2. Enter the Max Locations that you permit for a student. We recommend at least 2 locations as a user may travel when they consume your content e.g. Work and Home
3. Click **Save**

**Use Cases**

- You want to limit a user from sharing your content with people in different locations
- You want to stop a team from sharing your content outside a company e.g. To another office location
