You can directly link to a folder in the WooNinja File Share. You cannot link to a file and you should never copy and paste the download link (They are unique to you, are time sensitive and expiry shortly after being created)
Important:
- You should only directly link to a folder if the student that will click the link will have access to the contents. For example, if only students on your Accounting course have access to a folder called ‘Accounting Workbooks’ then the students on the Marketing course should not be given the direct link, as they will not be able to access the folder. Wrong or incorrect links can cause confusion, so be careful!
- If you rename a folder, you will need to update your links.
To directly link to a folder, simply copy and paste the link at the bottom of the folder page:
