As a registered Thinkific Expert we can request access to your Thinkific site via the Partner Portal. This request will arrive as an email from Thinkific. In general, this email will be sent to the person who originally set up your Thinkific site, or it will be sent to the administrator of your Thinkific site.
Alternative Admin Access
If a Partner Request is not received, you can manually add WooNinja to your Thinkific Site. To do this, you must add a User and assign them a Site Admin role. For details on how to do this, please refer to the following Thinkific documentation: https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030735453-Site-Admins
Occasionally, WooNinja will not require administrative access to your Thinkific site but will require your API credentials. To retrieve your API key, follow this documentation: https://support.thinkific.dev/hc/en-us/articles/4422657425431
Important: Please include your API Key and Subdomain
Lastly, when sending your API details to WooNinja we recommend the use of https://onetimesecret.com
