When a student purchases a course on WooCommerce, it’s important to let them know how to access their course. The plugin supports two emails, the default from Thinkific, and a customisable email from WooCommerce. You can use one, or both, the choice is yours. The Thinkific email will be sent when the students account is created on Thinkific by WooCommerce, and the WooCommerce email will be sent when their enrollments are created by WooCommerce.

- Open WooCommerce, click Settings, then Thinkific Extension by WooNinja
- Enable or disbale the emails as you need
To edit the WooCommerce email, click Emails, look for the Thinkific Welcome email, and then click Manage.
Email editing follows the WooCommerce standard. Please note that WooNinja does not offer support for editing this email.
