How do I permit, or whitelist, certain students so that rules don’t apply to them?

1. Open your account and click Settings
2. Under the section whitelist, enter the domain e.g. example.com or the email e.g. example@example.com of the users you want the rule engine to ignore.
3. Click Save

Any domain or email entered in this setting will be ignored by the system.

• You are aware of certain students that will trigger rules but they are permitted to, therefore you do not need to be notified.
