When editing a user in the B2B Dashboard, you can select a Thinkific Group in the relevant drop down. When selected, a student that that user adds will be automatically added to that Group.
In the example below, any student that Colin adds from the dashboard will be placed in the “WooNinja Team” Thinkific Group
- You must create the Thinkific Group in Thinkific prior to assigning in the dashboard
- Thinkific Group names must be unique and should not be changed once assigned
- Existing students will not be added to the group. Only students that are added by the user after the Group is set will be added to that group. In other words, it is recommended to set this group when the user is first added to the dashboard.
