When you use WooNinja Funnels, you have choices as to when a funnel will be sent. These options include:
- When a student signs up to your school
- When a student enrols in a free trial
- When a student has a paid enrollment in a course
- When a student completes a course
- When a student purchases a Course or Bundle
To modify these options, open your funnel and modify them in the Overview section under the Trigger Action setting.
In this example, a user will trigger this funnel when they pay for an enrolment in the SAP Hybris MasterClass course.
Don’t forget to Save when you have made your changes.
