For security, our dashboard does not support the specification of passwords and we recommend that all users who don’t have a password, or have forgotten their password, to request a new one by clicking ‘Forgotten Password’ at the login screen.
If you must reset a password for a user, open their account on the dashboard by clicking Users, then View
Scroll to the Reset user password box and click Reset User Password
The new password will be shown, only once, and you must copy it to send it to the user. We recommend using a service like https://onetimesecret.com to send passwords securely.
Note: This action will immediately reset the user’s password for the Thinkific B2B Dashboard. It will not change or update their password in Thinkific (If applicable)
